We are looking for an Infrastructure Specialist for our customer in Danderyd who works with the development and operation of advanced IT environments where security, availability, and stability are business-critical factors. In the role, you will be an important part of the IT Operations team and be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and further development of both internal systems and customer environments. You will work in complex IT environments with high security requirements and have the opportunity to combine traditional infrastructure operations with modern approaches within automation, DevOps, and platform management. You will work closely with experienced colleagues with broad technical expertise and contribute to ensuring a robust, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure. This position is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by our customer. Examples of work tasks Operation, maintenance, and monitoring of Windows and Linux environments Administration and management of virtualized platforms Installation, deployment, and updating of systems in security-critical environments Work in isolated (air-gapped) networks with high requirements for security and availability Automation of recurring administrative tasks and work with Infrastructure as Code Monitoring of infrastructure, log analysis, and alarm management System hardening, patch management, and security-related improvement measures Participation in the implementation and deployment of new IT solutions Troubleshooting and analysis of complex infrastructural and system-related problems Your profile We are looking for you who have a broad technical background in IT infrastructure and system management and a strong interest in technology and information security. You have experience working in complex IT environments and feel comfortable in both Windows and Linux-based platforms. You thrive in a role where you take your own responsibility, drive technical improvements, and contribute to the development of a modern and secure IT environment. As a person, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and have a structured approach to work. You appreciate collaboration and knowledge exchange while having the ability to independently drive your work forward. Requirements Experience in administration and operation of Windows and Linux environments Experience working in complex and security-critical IT environments Experience with DevOps-related tools and platforms such as Docker, Git, Ansible, Jenkins, or GitLab CI Experience with monitoring and log management, for example Prometheus and Grafana Basic knowledge in IT security, firewalls, VPN, and secure remote administration Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious Experience with virtualization platforms Experience working in air-gapped environments Experience with system hardening and security work according to established frameworks Experience with security-classified or security-protected operations Experience with CI/CD processes and automated deployments Other information This position is placed in a security classification, which means that security vetting with background checks will be conducted before employment in accordance with applicable regulations.
