About the Position In your role as Information Manager with BIM focus, you will be responsible for developing and implementing methods so that required technical facility information linked to BIM/AIM (Asset Information Model) can be transitioned into operations and maintenance. The position involves a strategic and coordinating role with many contact points across the organization. You will be part of a working group consisting of engineers, BIM specialists, and BIM coordinators from the design side, where your role is to work on requirement specification to ensure that operations and maintenance requirements regarding manageability are met. You will do this in collaboration with other Information Managers, maintenance, the documentation unit, and others. The role requires a holistic perspective where you ensure that information deliverables from BIM projects are structured, usable, and sustainable for long-term management in our systems and can be used efficiently in operations. Examples of Work Tasks: Drive implementation and development of processes for transferring facility information from projects to operations, with focus on BIM/AIM. Ensure that models and metadata can be used and maintained in Svenska kraftnät's operations management systems. Support projects and operations with requirement specifications, standards, and quality control with operations focus. Contribute to work on digital twin/asset management development. Together with other Information Managers, drive and take responsibility for work on data quality, organization/structuring, and requirement specification regarding facility information. You will be part of the Information Management and Support unit. The unit has a central role in coordinating information management and supporting the organization in working toward a more data-driven organization. We are a unit of 5 employees with high expertise and strong collaboration, where you will work closely with colleagues in various specialist areas. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with both project and operations organizations. About You Required Qualifications: We are looking for someone who collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues and has the ability to work unpretentiously with others toward a common goal. You are solution-oriented and see opportunities for improvement and development. You also thrive working in a structured manner in a changing environment where a lot is happening. You have higher education within information technology, civil engineering, or energy, or equivalent competence acquired in other ways that Svenska kraftnät considers equivalent. Furthermore, you have: Several years of experience working with BIM or equivalent information models, where part of the work has been connected to operations and maintenance. Several years of experience with information structures and digital management of facility information. Good ability to express yourself in speaking and writing in Swedish and English. We consider it meritorious if you have: Experience as a BIM coordinator in projects where you have been involved from project to operations. Good knowledge of CAD tools for BIM work and underlying data, such as Revit or Infraworks. Familiarity with current ISO standards, such as ISO 19650, ISO 81346. Experience working with electrical facility information. Experience with model coordination for overhead lines, switchgear facilities, or infrastructure projects such as roads or railways. Good understanding of information structure, metadata, object models, and how they are managed over the lifecycle.
