As a driver and industrial sanitation operator at BUCHEN, you'll experience varied and physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment. No two days are the same, and problem-solving is a major part of the job. The work is performed with specialized vehicles and modern technology in environments where safety, precision, and teamwork are critical! The role involves working at our customers' sites where you'll work together with a colleague to perform sanitation and cleaning tasks in industrial, property, and facility settings. This could include manufacturing plants, energy production facilities, construction sites, municipal operations, facility management, or property administration. You'll operate specially equipped trucks and perform dry vacuuming of materials such as sand, wood chips, sludge, gravel, and concrete remnants. We use modern equipment, and the service also includes work with water tanker trucks and other sanitation tasks as needed. At BUCHEN, we strive to think innovatively and find new technical solutions. Your Profile We're looking for a responsible and reliable driver who actively contributes to a good work environment. The work is physically demanding, which requires good fitness and a strong safety mindset. You'll have daily customer contact, which means you need to be service-oriented and professional, with excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written. We'd appreciate if you have previous experience in industrial sanitation, but it's not required. We'd like you to have: • C-class driver's license • Valid YKB certificate • Excellent Swedish skills in speech and writing • Good ability to communicate with customers It's advantageous if you also have: • CE-class driver's license • ADR certification Other Information This is a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours are primarily during daytime, Monday–Friday, though on-call work and work at inconvenient times may occur, so we appreciate flexibility with scheduling.
