Job Information M&R Mekan & Konstruktion is a Skellefteå-based industrial company focused on customized comprehensive solutions in mechanical machining, structural steelwork, design, and assembly. The company handles everything from smaller specialty projects to larger industrial solutions and has built a strong brand through quality, flexibility, and a solution-oriented approach. As an industrial assembler, you'll work broadly with manufacturing, assembly, and machining work. The work takes place mainly in the workshop but also at customer sites for assembly and installation, primarily in the Skellefteå area. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues in a well-coordinated team where collaboration, responsibility, and safety are important parts of daily work. Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday. Work Tasks Work tasks vary depending on the project but may include: Assembly and mechanical machining work Blueprint reading and manufacturing based on specifications Welding and processing various steel materials Installation and assembly at customer sites Repair, customization, and improvement work Work on both larger and smaller industrial projects We are Looking for You To thrive in this role, we believe you are a practical person who enjoys varied work tasks and has a solution-oriented mindset. You are responsible, flexible, and appreciate working together with others. We would like you to have: Experience from industry, workshop, or assembly work Good blueprint reading skills Experience with welding or mechanical work B-class driver's license Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you also have: Welding licenses Experience with hot work Forklift or overhead crane certification Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics Experience with mobile elevated work platforms or fall protection English language skills, both spoken and written All candidates in the final stages will undergo a background check.
