About the Organization Hylte Municipality is an organization where proximity, engagement, and collaboration permeate the work. The municipality consists of five administrations, where the Management Administration (KLF) serves as a central support and staff function. Within KLF is the HR department, a well-functioning and cohesive operation with nine employees working with HR, payroll, business development, and system administration within HR and digitalization. Over the past years, the department has undergone a development journey and is characterized today by structure, high expertise, and close collaboration. Our work has gained national recognition, particularly for our modern and effective competency-based recruitment as well as our focus on well-being, efficiency, and leveraging employee potential through active work with health-promoting factors. Now we are seeking an HR Strategist who wants to help build on a solid foundation while contributing to the next step in our development. You will meet a workplace where trust, participation, and development are in focus. Job Responsibilities As an HR Strategist or Interim HR Strategist at Hylte Municipality, you will work closely with the business with a supportive, coordinating, and in some respects leading mission. You will be part of a team of HR Strategists where you work closely together and support each other in the mission, while each HR Strategist has a particular responsibility for providing qualified HR support to one or more administrations. In this role, you serve as a sounding board for managers and contribute to developing the business from an HR perspective. You will work broadly with matters within labor law, occupational health and safety, leadership, and Hylte's personnel policy. The role also includes ongoing collaboration with the municipality's trade union organizations and participation in collaboration forums, including the central collaboration group. For the Interim HR Strategist position, there is also a particular focus on competency supply issues and recruitment administration where you contribute to ensuring effective and quality recruitment processes and support business units in their competency needs. We are a flexible work group that adapts our work based on current needs and conditions, which means that work tasks and areas of responsibility may vary and develop over time. Common to both roles is active participation in developing our working methods and processes where we have a clear focus on digitalization, AI, and a data-driven and strength-based approach. Qualifications We are seeking someone who is driven and has a strong interest in HR matters, and who sees connections between technology development, people, and organization. You have a development focus, want to improve working methods, and thrive in a role where you get to work both strategically and operatively. As a person, you are responsible, work independently and drive your matters forward, while being a team player who contributes to the whole. You have a coaching approach, high work capacity, and enjoy working in a dynamic and changing environment. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: Relevant higher education in HR or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent Experience in qualified HR work Knowledge of labor law, occupational health and safety, and the Swedish labor relations model Ability to work independently, structured, and with high sense of responsibility Good collaboration skills and an unpretentious approach It is meritorious if you have: Experience working in the public sector Experience with health-promoting workplace development from a holistic perspective Experience working with HR analytics or development of digital HR processes Experience with system administration, system development, or coding Other Information Selection and interviews may take place continuously during the application period, so please apply as soon as you can.
