Do you want to take on comprehensive HR responsibility in a strong and stable industrial company with a clear future agenda? KABE is now seeking an operationally-focused and business-driven HR Manager who wants to be part of developing the organization, leadership, and HR function. About the Position As HR Manager, you will have a central role where you work both operatively and strategically. You report to the CEO and are part of the management team. The HR function currently consists of one person, which means broad responsibility with great opportunities to influence and further develop working methods, processes, and structure within HR. The role involves working closely with operations and supporting managers across all parts of the organization. Responsibilities • Provide strategic and operational support to managers and leadership • Ensure and further develop HR processes such as recruitment, compensation, performance management, and leadership development • Drive and develop HR's role as a business partner in the organization • Handle labor law, rehabilitation, and personnel matters • Manage union relations and negotiations according to MBL and LAS • Work with workforce planning and employer branding • Collaborate with safety representatives Your Profile We are looking for someone with an academic degree in HR, personnel science, behavioral science, or equivalent from a college or university. You have a genuine interest in people and organizations and want to contribute to developing both operations and leadership. If you also have education in occupational health and safety, we see that as a strong plus, and experience in leadership development or leadership training is meriting. Experience and Competencies You have several years of experience in broad and qualified HR work, preferably from a manufacturing operation in the industrial sector. You are confident in supporting managers on labor law matters and have experience with rehabilitation, collaboration, and change management. You have also worked with union negotiations according to MBL and LAS, and have good experience with recruitment and strategic workforce planning. Preferably, you have experience from manufacturing industry, and it is meriting if you have worked with the collective agreement GS Wood Industry Agreement. If you also have experience from operations with both salaried and collectively-employed staff, we see that as a strength. You communicate fluently in Swedish in both speech and writing and have good knowledge of English. You also have very good skills in the Office package, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with HR and payroll systems, such as Agda, is meriting. A driver's license is a requirement.
