JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an HR Administrator, you will be offered varied work with many different tasks within the HR administrative area. You will have many different contacts with authorities, managers, administrators, and employees. Tasks will include payroll matters, statistics, follow-up, personnel records, and certificates. You will have an important role in various personnel systems. In addition to these administrative tasks, you will work closely with the municipality's recruitment administrators and HR consultants, where tasks involving staffing or other work responsibilities may arise in this position. QUALIFICATIONS It is an asset if you have worked with payroll and employment law matters, have experience working administratively in Visma Personec P, and have knowledge of the various personnel systems we use in the municipality (Winlas, Hypergene, etc.) As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and enjoy driving development within the HR area forward. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-06-29 Start date by agreement, end date: 2027-05-30. Work hours: Daytime. The position is primarily scheduled Monday - Friday, but some weekend work may occur in exceptional cases. If you become a candidate for employment, the employer will request an extract from the criminal record register. The Municipal Council has decided that all new hires must provide an extract from the criminal record register before employment. The extract that must be provided is the extract for work in schools or preschools.
