As head waiter with us, you will: - Lead the daily operations and drive the restaurant forward with energy and commitment - Inspire, develop, and motivate the team toward common goals - Ensure the highest quality in service, conduct, and delivery - Work methodically with routines, work environment, and reporting - Contribute operationally in the kitchen as needed We seek someone who: - Has experience with leadership in restaurants - Is knowledgeable about wine and spirits and understands the interplay between food and beverages - Is organized, solution-oriented, and business-minded - Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking responsibility - Has a genuine interest in food, service, and experiences - Is attentive, engaged, and a natural team player - Has good computer skills (Office 365) and administrative knowledge - Speaks and writes Swedish fluently - Brings energy and contagious enthusiasm With us at Berga, you work in a unique environment at Berga Castle and Årsta seaside, with proximity to nature and sea.
