JOB DUTIES As unit managers, you will work closely together and share responsibility for operations. The assignment includes personnel, work environment, financial, and operational responsibility. Through shared leadership, you create the conditions for present, sustainable, and accessible management. You will lead engaged employees in a daily routine where relationships, professionalism, and collaboration are at the center. Together, you will drive development work, ensure good quality, and work systematically to achieve the organization's goals. You are responsible for translating political decisions into sustainable operations and ensuring good financial management. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who • Is a social worker or has another academic degree we consider relevant • Has experience with managerial or leadership assignments, preferably within care, social services, or other personnel-intensive operations • Enjoys leading in a team and sees collaboration as a strength • Is confident, communicative, and has the ability to create engagement and trust • Has a structured work approach and good understanding of economics and operations management • Wants to contribute to the development of both employees and operations You have basic computer skills and experience working with different types of IT programs. We would like to see that you have experience working with TimeCare planning, TimeCare pool, and Treserva. A driver's license is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
