As a Nursing Assistant in home care, you are an important part of our service users' lives. You provide support in daily life, from personal hygiene and social interaction to activities and accompaniment. You also have delegated health and medical care tasks based on the service user's needs. 🌸 You will: Be a fixed care contact. Have ombudsman roles. Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry. Support service users with weekly shopping via iPad. Maintain documentation. 📅 Working hours: Day shift, evening shift, and every other weekend. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is confident and has a genuine interest in people. You have the ability to work independently, where you take responsibility for your work and contribute to the development of the operation by taking your own initiatives. Collaboration skills and empathetic abilities are important qualities, as you will have daily contact with our service users and their relatives. We appreciate that you have a holistic perspective and are quality-conscious in your work, where you carry out your tasks in a structured and clear manner. To be eligible for this recruitment, you must meet the following requirements: Qualified nursing assistant. Protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a service certificate proving that you were permanently employed as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Good computer skills. Be able to cycle or have a B driver's license. It is an advantage if you: Have previously worked in health and care.
