We are looking for 4 people who want to work daytime and 4 people who want to work evening shifts. Here you'll find meaningful work where you make a difference every day. Employment and Working Conditions Schedule: Saturday-Sunday Working hours: 07.00-15.30 or 15.30-22.30 Employment type: Hourly position Start date: By agreement Workplace: You will be based at our office in Åkersberga and work within Österåker municipality. Job Responsibilities – What Will You Do? As a temporary care worker with us, you will work in customers' homes with varying tasks based on individual needs: Personal care – assistance with hygiene, dressing/undressing, and mobility Social support & conversation – create security through presence and good care Daily living assistance – help with meals and light household tasks Supervision & safety – identify needs and contribute to safe care Documentation – document according to care plans Safety alarms – quickly respond to urgent needs from customers who have activated alarms. We work on behalf of Österåker municipality and are responsible for both routine home care tasks and handling safety alarms between 07.00-22.30. This offers varied work with both scheduled and more urgent tasks. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is dedicated and wants to contribute to secure and professional home care: Nursing assistant certification (desirable) – you have a recognized qualification, preferably with experience Good Swedish language skills, both written and spoken – you can communicate clearly and document correctly Class B driver's license (highly desirable) – you are a confident and experienced driver Cycling experience (REQUIRED) – you are comfortable cycling between customers Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented – you take initiative, work independently, and stay calm in different situations while collaborating well with colleagues and treating people with empathy, respect, and understanding Comfortable with technology – you use a mobile device in your daily work We do not accept applications via email.
