Unit The Swedish Armed Forces Telecommunications and Information Systems Unit (FMTIS) is now looking for you who wants to contribute to the continued development of Military Base Arboga and wants to help strengthen Sweden's defense capability. You will contribute to reducing the effects of security threats against the Armed Forces and minimize the Armed Forces' own vulnerabilities, as well as work preventively through security intelligence services and security protection enhancement measures. About the Unit The position is currently located at the security department, which is currently part of the Garrison Unit and the upcoming Military Base Arboga. The department and unit's task is to coordinate the Armed Forces' various joint activities within Military Base Arboga, such as facility utilization, security services, and mobilization. Main Responsibilities In your role as handler at the security department at the upcoming Military Base Arboga, you will work with varying tasks. This requires an open mind and the ability to work flexibly in order to adapt to new tasks and conditions. The work is based on the security protection law, which means working with security protection planning and structure by, among other things, processing and compiling intelligence and security-related information and producing reports. The work also includes other tasks such as security vetting, access control systems, card administration, as well as assisting unit managers with tasks such as administrative matters and assisting with the development of internal guidelines and procedures. REQUIREMENTS Qualifications Completed upper secondary education or education that the employer deems equivalent Good knowledge of the Office package Good skills in expressing yourself orally and in writing in Swedish Driver's license with at least category B (manual transmission) Experience in security and intelligence services Experience in security vetting/investigation Personal Qualities We are looking for you who has the ability to work independently as well as in a group and have good social competence and teamwork skills.
