We are looking for you to contribute to Sweden's internal and external security in the role of enrollment coordinator at the unit for enrollment and admission. Are you the one we are looking for? You will be part of a work group consisting of four coordinators, four specialists, and a unit manager at the enrollment unit for basic training in Karlstad. As preparation for the various vacation periods during the summer, employment interviews are planned to be conducted on June 25 and 26. Your responsibilities Your duties will be focused on supporting the recruitment process. Part of the work may include participating in development projects within the unit and the authority. You will also work with processing cases related to enrollment in military service and civilian service. Additionally, you will provide support and advice regarding the unit's areas of responsibility to colleagues, clients, and the public. The duties also include supporting logistics, which means planning who should be recruited when and at which testing office. You will also be required to specify changes in our business system. You will also provide support to one of the clients who use the Duty and Testing Board for candidate assessment in their recruitment process. Your workplace is at the enrollment unit for basic training in Karlstad. In Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, and soon Umeå, there are enrollment units that also belong to the unit. We have a friendly atmosphere and great loyalty to our employees within the work group and throughout the authority. To create community and keep you updated, rotational service occurs. This means that for a few days per half year, you work at one of our testing offices meeting recruits and enrolling them for extended basic training with military service or civilian service. Therefore, it is beneficial if you have experience with extended basic training in military service or civilian service. For us, it is important to have good cohesion and work environment. Therefore, as an applicant, you should be prepared to work at the office in Karlstad. Your qualifications You have post-secondary education or other work experience that the employer deems relevant. You have: good experience working in various IT systems and using Microsoft Office good knowledge of total defense It is meritable if you have worked within a state authority and if you have completed extended basic training in military service or civilian service. Your personal qualities You should appreciate taking responsibility for structuring and managing your own work within your area of responsibility, which requires high work ethic but also that you are curious and reliable. About the employment Permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period. As an employee with us, you have between 28-35 days of vacation per year, depending on your age. You are offered a wellness allowance and have the opportunity to exercise during work hours. We conduct a security clearance with registry check according to the Security Protection Act. In certain cases, Swedish citizenship is required. Employment includes an obligation to be placed on the war register.
