Assignment Description The section responsible for transitioning projects from project phase to operations currently manages the organization's flow of projects being delivered to the operations organization, both internally and externally. The technical documentation team handles the technical requirements for documentation and ensures that the organization has access to relationship documents as well as operation and maintenance documentation for existing facilities. The team also ensures that the correct documents are delivered when changes occur. As a handler, you will primarily manage the flow in a functional mailbox where you ensure that questions regarding technical documentation are answered. You manage the daily flow of lending relationship documents (both digitally and physically) as well as follow-up on loans. You are part of the technical documentation team and participate in ongoing improvement work regarding new structures, access permissions, and confidentiality management. The team also develops procedures for receiving 3D models and secures the future storage of this type of information. Mandatory Requirements At least 2 years of experience in administrative work or documentation handling with access permissions management, where processes for document intake and lending have been included. At least 2 years of documented experience working in Microsoft Office. At least 1 year of experience with document registry management and documentation handling in accordance with applicable disposal and archival rules. Desirable Requirements At least 2 years of experience in documentation management in the transition between project and operations within public sector, government agency, or regional organization. At least 2 years of experience working in the Avima system. At least 1 year of experience working with data management tools such as FME. Other Information Start: Late summer 2026 (depending on security clearance/SUA process). Scope: Approximately 14 months (with possibility of extension for an additional 1 + 1 year).
