As a member of our team, you will work to provide support to individuals in our daily activities program based on their individual needs, goals, and circumstances. The work involves working both in groups and independently, and you need to be flexible as you may be called upon to cover positions in other operations when needed. We offer meaningful and varied work with opportunities for development within the organization. You will work in a dedicated and competent team. Work Responsibilities Your work responsibilities consist of providing individually tailored support in activities based on decisions and implementation plans. You will work with pedagogical and structuring methods, including AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) and clarifying pedagogy, as well as support participants in developing and maintaining their skills. To succeed in this role, we see that you have good and respectful communication, are solution-focused, and take own initiative. It is important that routines are followed and work is well-structured. Solo work may occur. Qualifications Care and health program or equivalent education. You should have experience working with clarifying pedagogy / pedagogical methods / AAC and low-intensity communication approaches. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of Swedish language both spoken and written. As a person, you are professional, positive, attentive to the customer's needs, and take own initiative for operational development. The work places high demands on independence, flexibility, and good communication skills. Personal qualities are decisive for this position. Valid B-category driver's license is required. Conditions Interviews are ongoing. Interviews may also be conducted after the summer period. Trial employment applies.
