Trägymnasiet in Ljusdal is a small independent school specializing in construction and civil engineering programs. We focus on delivering knowledge with this promising career in mind, and we work continuously to improve and refine our operations over time. For autumn 2026, we are seeking a certified teacher in mathematics and science to join our teaching team. Students in the Construction Program take mathematics at level 1a, science at level 1a1, and in some school years we also have students who need instruction in basic mathematics. You will teach only on one program in your subjects, allowing for a high degree of integration and interdisciplinary work. This is a part-time position (school year 26/27 at minimum 50%). There is an opportunity to expand your position if you are qualified in physical education and health or subjects that fit well as the school's elective offerings. We are open to several possible subject combinations, but our primary need right now is a physical education teacher and a mathematics and science teacher (see separate job posting). The position includes all typical teaching responsibilities, including mentoring. Experience and knowledge from the construction industry or as a vocational teacher is a plus.
