We are now looking for a Gym Manager at 75% who wants to take responsibility for driving growth in one of our most important gyms in Ronneby, Kallinge, and Bräkne-Hoby, and develop our leadership in line with our mission and values. Your Assignment As Gym Manager, you have overall responsibility for daily operations, service, and growth, and you report to the District Manager in South. You are responsible for ensuring an excellent member experience, coaching and developing your team, and maintaining the gym to a high standard. Together with your team of gym attendants, you manage scheduling, staffing, and sales to inspire more people to get moving—though this does not include personnel management responsibility. You also follow up on group training and personal training in close collaboration with your district manager and group training coordinator (GTA), as well as the central training manager. Your role is central to the gym's development and success, and you have a holistic perspective covering everything from daily operations to long-term growth and member satisfaction. Your role will be operationally active, with you positioned close to members to provide the best service. Please note that working hours will be scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. This means flexibility regarding work schedules is a requirement for the position. You are expected to adapt to a varying schedule and be available for work at different times to meet operational needs and ensure a high level of service for our members. Who Are You? You also have strong business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities, while always prioritizing the member experience. Requirements: Strong ability to work results-oriented with a focus on sales and member satisfaction. Experience with scheduling and workforce planning. Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish. B-class driver's license. Meritorious: Experience working as a team lead, preferably in the fitness, service, or retail industry. Experience leading and coaching staff.
