About the Role As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both an ambassador, inspirator, and energy spreader. Your task is to deliver workout joy, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them want to come back. You should feel confident taking center stage, bringing your authentic self, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room. What We Offer You: Training in the concept – we've got you covered! One fixed class per week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest A workplace filled with commitment, development, and workout joy What We're Looking For: You can hold 1–2 regular classes per week You're available mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends (depending on needs) Who Are You? You don't need to be a certified instructor – we'll train you!
