We're now hiring a group leader for the family resource unit. The unit's target group is children and young people aged 0–20 years and their families. Services can be provided with or without prior needs assessment. We're in an exciting transition process where you'll become an important part. We have a stable staff of around 14 people with high expertise. The service is led by a unit manager. We work with several established methods including Functional Family Therapy, Safer Children, Repulse, Trappan, CBT, and COPE. The unit has a clear structure with regular meetings, external supervision, and continuous professional development. As a new employee, you'll receive an introduction and access to a mentor. As a group leader….. you're responsible for supporting and guiding employees in their daily work. You conduct case reviews, allocate services, and support prioritization of work tasks. You introduce new staff to daily operations. You lead employees who work with both needs-assessed services and services without prior needs assessment within family treatment and field work. You also serve as a sounding board for social workers in selecting appropriate interventions. You represent the unit in internal and external collaboration groups and participate in networks at the regional level. The role also includes monitoring the external environment, sharing new knowledge with the team, and identifying service needs based on the target group's requirements. You coordinate parts of the development work in the unit's development plan, lead parts of team time, and contribute information on development matters. You have at least five years of experience in social work and preferably two years in family treatment. B-class driver's license. Experience from a supervisory role is a merit. Language skills beyond Swedish are a merit. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent, start date: Start date by agreement.
