We are now looking for a group leader for our flooring and tile department. In your role as group leader, you have overall responsibility for leading and coaching your team members in the department, while at the same time striving daily to provide the best possible customer service and advice to our customers. Examples of Common Tasks Active sales of products in the Flooring/Tile department Opportunities to be inspired, learn from colleagues and exchange solid knowledge and experience within the product area Responsibility for incoming goods and displays as well as installations and renovations in the department Analyze the department's product presentation When needed, assist in other departments Your Profile High school diploma or equivalent as well as experience in retail Relevant professional experience/training in flooring and tile Passionate about offering our customers the best possible service Realize customers' projects through professional advice on our wide range of products As a person you are stress-resistant, flexible and solution-oriented Good physical condition as some departments require heavy lifting Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and forklift experience are merits Previous leadership experience is a requirement We Offer Structured onboarding plan Internal opportunities for qualification and development Profit-sharing opportunity Working Hours/Duration: Permanent position.
