About the Role As a group leader, your primary responsibility is to coach and participate in daily care work together with the team. This means you serve as a role model for your staff and through your strong commitment, you create a positive work environment in the group every day. Close Leadership: The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and participate in developing and quality-assuring operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. You do this by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, providing feedback, and affirming your staff in daily work. You have several group leader colleagues with whom you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences. Involvement: As a group leader, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management team. About Villa Vikhem Villa Vikhem is a residential facility in the Vikhem area of Staffanstorp. The unit has three floors with two departments per floor. 40 places for specialized housing and 20 places for short-term/respite care. Villa Vikhem has a focus on exercise and animals. We have opportunities for exercise both indoors and outdoors. Residents in specialized housing have the opportunity to move in with their own pet. We also collaborate with external partners and place great emphasis on ensuring that residents experience meaningful daily lives, which may include organized activities or time with their contact person. Activity Coordinator: We work in a structured way with activities and have an activity coordinator who develops and implements meaningful activities with our residents. Ung Omsorg: We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg conducts various activities together with us to add a special touch to the lives of our residents. Animals in Care: We work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy animals. Your Experience and Knowledge You are trained as a nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience from elderly care and leadership is a merit for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
