Your Main Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop employees in daily work Plan and follow up on maintenance work within electrical and automation areas Responsibility for staffing, recruitment, and development and follow-up conversations Issue work orders, arrange maintenance services, and ensure appropriate materials and resources Contribute to a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment Report to the Maintenance Manager and be part of the Maintenance department About You We believe you are a responsible and engaging person who brings people together to work toward common goals. You are communicative, unpretentious, and naturally collaborate well across different functions. With a solution-oriented and development-driven approach, you want to contribute to both employee and business development. We are looking for someone with technical education in electrical/automation or equivalent, plus several years of experience in electrical and/or automation. Technical areas you will encounter in the role include: electrical power, control systems, instrumentation, hydraulic control, and more. Your operational technical skills weigh more heavily than your leadership experience. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
