About Us Tingbergsskolan is a K–6 school located in Lödöse, with convenient access to commuter rail, bus stations, and forests and nature that we use as a natural part of our activities. The school has approximately 400 students and a team of about 50 dedicated staff members. The after-school program serves around 200 enrolled students distributed across three departments. Your Role As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and developing instruction based on the curriculum and students' needs. You lead learning with a focus on preparing students for the next step in their knowledge development through guidance, stimulation, and clear pedagogical leadership. Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and follow up on instruction in Swedish, math, English, and social studies for grades 4–6. Create a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment. Adapt instruction based on students' different needs and circumstances. Collaborate with colleagues, student wellness services, and school leadership to develop instruction and strengthen student learning. Participate actively in the school's systematic quality work and development initiatives. Be an active part of the team's collaborative development work. Build and maintain positive relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, takes responsibility, and wants to make a difference in students' learning and development. Requirements: Teaching certification with eligibility to teach grades 4–6. Certification in Swedish, math, English, and social studies. Experience teaching in elementary school. Strong ability to plan, implement, and follow up on instruction. Good digital competence and experience using digital tools safely and flexibly in teaching. Personal Qualities: Clear pedagogical leadership. Good collaborative ability and a professional approach. Organized, flexible, and responsible. Confident in your role and relationship-building when interacting with students, guardians, and colleagues. Proactive and engaged in developing instruction and activities.
