We are seeking an engaged and driven teacher in Mathematics and Science subjects with certification to teach grades 4–9 at our municipal resource school. As a teacher in the resource school, you will work in a small team where instruction is characterized by high staff density, close relationships, and an individualized approach. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction in Mathematics and Science based on the curriculum's objectives and each student's individual needs and circumstances. The target group consists of students who need special support to succeed in their schooling. The work involves creating a safe, structured, and accessible learning environment where students are given the opportunity to develop both academically and socially. You will work closely with resource pedagogues, student support services, guardians, and colleagues to create the best conditions for each student. In addition to teaching, regular work tasks such as documentation, mentoring, development conversations, and collaboration with student support teams and guardians are included. We are looking for you who Are a certified teacher with certification to teach Mathematics and Science subjects for grades 4–9. Have experience working with students in need of special support, preferably within neuropsychiatric functional variations. Are structured, clear, and confident in your leadership. Have a strong ability to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. Can adapt instruction and learning environments based on students' different needs and circumstances. Enjoy working both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and student support services. Have a solution-focused approach and strong commitment to helping each student succeed. Merits Experience from a resource school, special instruction group, or similar setting. Experience working with students with neuropsychiatric functional variations (NPF). Knowledge of low-arousal approaches and accessible learning environments.
