You should be committed, relational, and driven by seeing students succeed in their schoolwork. Key responsibilities: Responsible for planning, implementing, and follow-up of math instruction for grades 7-9. Work in a two-teacher system in science subjects. Design lessons together with subject colleagues that engage students with hands-on activities that make abstract concepts understandable. Serve as a mentor for a group of students, which means you follow their academic development and social study situation and maintain regular dialogue with guardians. You will be part of the 7-9 grade team and work closely with subject colleagues, other staff members, special education team, and student health services. You actively participate in the subject team's and grade team's joint development work to create continuity in teaching and a safe school environment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with the following: Pedagogical education: Swedish teacher certification with authorization to teach mathematics and the natural sciences (biology, chemistry, physics) for grades 7-9. Experience: You have experience working as a teacher in grades 7-9. Relational focus: You possess the ability to build good relationships with young people. You understand that safety and study environment are prerequisites for effective learning. Didactic skill: You can adapt your teaching based on the group's and individual's needs, and you have the tools to make mathematics and science concrete and engaging. Leadership: Confident and clear classroom leadership characterized by warmth, structure, and high expectations for students' abilities. Development: A genuine interest in improving your own and colleagues' teaching together. Employment form: Permanent position.
