JOB DUTIES As a teacher in the school's early years, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction. You actively work with fundamental skills in mathematics and Swedish. This includes promoting early reading and writing development. The position also includes teaching social studies, natural sciences, technology, art, and English. You monitor student results and participate in the school's systematic quality improvement work. Together with your colleagues and school leadership, you create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students. You build good and trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. QUALIFICATIONS Formal Competencies: • Teaching certification for elementary school years F-3, with subject authorization in Swedish, mathematics, English, natural sciences, and social studies Personal Competencies: • You have a good understanding of how people acquire knowledge and of people's different circumstances. You adapt your way of communicating your message to the recipient. • You organize and plan your work well, working according to a clear process where you complete what you start. You set timeframes and meet deadlines. • You think outside the box and find new solutions to both old and new problems. You often come up with ideas and new approaches to work-related issues, and you have an innovative mindset that can be put into practice and leads to results. • You take active initiative in social settings, step forward, and find it easy to build new relationships and maintain relationships.
