Montessori School Tellus is a small, cozy school with approximately 150 students, located in the heart of Höganäs. We have been here since 1991. We also operate a preschool program in a nearby building. In our warm environment, everyone knows each other! We are looking for: A certified elementary school teacher for grades 4-6 to join our wonderful team. A broad teaching credential is a great plus. This position will include mentoring responsibilities. You will work closely with the other mentors at the middle school level, but will independently be responsible for teaching the majority of subjects for your class. We want you to be: Creative, cheerful, independent, loyal, and collaborative in your work style, and open in your communication with others. In all situations, you should strive to build good relationships with families, colleagues, and management. We expect you to be open and receptive to Montessori pedagogy, and if you are not already trained in Montessori, we expect you to be open to developing your competence in this area.
