Fågelsångens School (F-9) The school is an F-9 school with approximately 425 students in school and 13 students in Adapted Elementary School. There are bright, well-adapted classrooms and other spaces. We have two after-school program departments here, one for younger children and one for older children. At Fågelsångens School, a competent and driven faculty works with a solution-focused and collaborative approach. We have a strong culture of responsibility. The school is undergoing a development process where collaboration is the foundation of everything we do. Our focus area for our after-school program is all-day learning (extended school day), recess activities, and practical-aesthetic activities. Job Responsibilities We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaged elementary teacher for after-school program. If you have music in your qualifications, that is a merit. In your work, you plan, implement, and evaluate activities and recess programming. You work as part of a team where we learn from each other, plan comprehensive work, and solve challenges together. At Fågelsångens School, we have effective collaboration between school and after-school program, where all-day learning is one of our priority areas. You will have support from student services and school leadership in your work. Main Job Responsibilities Plan, implement, and evaluate the program. Together with school staff, participate in the school's development work. Participate in team meetings. Qualifications Adequate education is required for this position. As a person, you are attentive and have the ability to meet students with different needs. You are a clear leader in interactions with students and interested in developing the work. You are also flexible, responsible, and solution-oriented. We expect you to have openness in meeting children and adults with different backgrounds and circumstances. Since we work in teams, your ability to collaborate and be adaptable is very important.
