Experienced Excavator Operators Wanted for Kiruna - Immediate Start Nkraft Bemanning, a rapidly growing staffing and recruitment company, is now seeking several driven and skilled excavator operators for our projects in Kiruna and Gällivare. Here you will have the chance to work in an important role for some of Sweden's leading construction and contracting companies. About the Position: You will work with various types of excavation tasks in earthwork, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. The projects run for extended periods, and we offer both 7/7 shifts as well as Monday–Thursday schedules depending on the nature of the assignment. You must have documented experience operating excavators and be able to work independently based on drawings and instructions. Work Tasks: Operation of track and wheel excavators Rough and fine grading, water/sewer, cables, excavation, etc. Collaboration with ground workers, supervisors, and other trades Daily inspection and basic maintenance of the machine Safety work according to applicable procedures and regulations Qualifications: Vocational certificate for excavator operation B-class driver's license Previous experience in infrastructure/contracting Good machine sense and attention to detail Flexibility and teamwork ability We Offer: Long-term assignments Competitive salary according to collective agreement Occupational pension and insurance Accommodation and travel allowance can be offered if needed Start: Immediate Location: Kiruna Shift: 7/7 or Monday–Thursday Contact & Application: If you have questions, you are warmly welcome to contact: Carl-David Almqvist 📧 [email protected] 📱 073-059 46 12
