WORK TASKS As a summer relief staff member in LSS and social psychiatry, you get a summer job where your efforts mean something every day. You work together with people who need support to live an independent, active, and meaningful life. This can range from structuring daily routines and motivating participation in activities to assisting with practical tasks, social interaction, and personal care. You can work within: • Group homes • Social psychiatry • Personal assistance • Short-term stays for children In your approach, you base your work on our values: Participation, Development, Clarity, and Security. This means that the person you support is involved, has influence over their daily life, and gets security through structure, respect, and professional conduct. The work gives you valuable experience, both professionally and personally. After the summer, there are good opportunities to continue as a temporary staff member. Please mention in your application if you prefer a particular focus area or operation. QUALIFICATIONS We appreciate it if you have previous experience working with people. You will receive a good introduction that gives you the right conditions to enter the work. For us, your attitude and commitment are most important. You have a genuine interest in people and carry out your work in a respectful and professional manner. You collaborate well with colleagues and create good relationships in your interactions with the people you support. It is an advantage if you have an ongoing or completed education in the care and health program, nursing program, or other relevant nursing education. Experience in nursing work, pedagogy, or behavioral science is also an advantage. If you have previously worked for us and have good references, we also see that as positive. For all summer relief positions, you must: • be at least 18 years old • have good knowledge of the Swedish language A B-category driver's license is required for certain positions. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. During the interview, you will need to verify your identity with a valid ID document.
