About the Position Work Location: Gnosjö Working Hours: Irregular hours and shift work may occur Employment Type: Fixed-term employment (full-time) Start Date: Immediate In your role as a foundry worker or processing assembler at IAC, you will work in a modern production environment manufacturing and finishing aluminum components. Work tasks vary depending on the department but include monitoring casting processes or processing machines, minor adjustments, material handling, and quality checks of finished parts. You are responsible for ensuring that production maintains high quality through careful inspections, measurements, and documentation of any deviations. The work is done in close collaboration with colleagues where you contribute to safe and efficient production and actively participate in improvement efforts to develop processes and working methods. About You We are looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and enjoys practical work in an industrial setting. You have a technical interest and work methodically with a strong focus on safety, while being accustomed to following established routines and instructions in production. You are someone who takes responsibility for your work, has an eye for quality, and understands the importance of delivering the right product from the start. Since the work is done in teams, we see that you have good collaboration skills, while also being able to work independently and take initiative when needed. Experience from industry, foundry work, processing, or similar work is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on your attitude and willingness to develop. You are engaged, contribute to a positive work environment, and want to be part of creating a safe, stable, and efficient production.
