About the Position This is a temp-to-hire assignment through Montico where the right candidate will be offered direct employment with the client company or at Montico after an initial contract period. Working hours are scheduled in a two-shift arrangement. Job Description In your role as a casting technician, you will operate a casting machine and oversee the process, which involves several different work tasks. Your responsibilities will include handling die-cast components through metal breaking, stamping, blasting, measurement according to inspection instructions, and process monitoring. You will also be responsible for your own safety and that of your colleagues. What We're Looking For Basic knowledge of casting technology. •Understanding of defects that can occur in casting and machining processes •Strong knowledge of restoring surface finishes for cast and cut tools •Ability to work efficiently in a team while also delivering results independently •Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written We have high expectations for our consultants and are looking for someone who wants to represent Montico in the best way possible.
