About the Position Work Location: Gnosjö Work Schedule: Irregular hours and shift work may occur Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (full-time) Start Date: Immediate In your role as a casting operator or finishing assembler at IAC, you will work in a modern production environment with manufacturing and post-processing of aluminum components. Work tasks vary depending on department but include, among other things, monitoring casting processes or processing machines, minor adjustments, material handling, and quality checks of parts. You are responsible for ensuring that production maintains high quality through careful inspections, measurements, and documentation of any deviations. The work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues where you contribute to safe and efficient production and actively participate in improvement work to develop processes and working methods. About You We are looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and enjoys practical work in an industrial setting. You have a technical interest and work methodically with a strong focus on safety, while also being accustomed to following established routines and instructions in production. You are someone who takes responsibility for your work, has an eye for quality, and understands the importance of delivering correctly from the start. Since the work takes place in a team environment, we see that you have good collaboration skills, while also being able to work independently and take initiative when needed. Experience from industry, casting, processing, or similar work is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on your attitude and willingness to develop. You are engaged, contribute to a positive work environment, and want to be part of creating a safe, stable, and efficient production.
