Here, five dedicated and experienced employees work across various professional categories such as occupational therapist, physiotherapists, and administrative staff. The clinic is centrally located in the small, pleasant town of Nossebro in Essunga municipality. The clinic is located in the same building as a health center and the municipality's rehabilitation unit, with which we have good and close collaboration. We also collaborate with rehabilitation clinics in the nearby towns of Grästorp and Vara in areas such as work, professional development, and professional meetings. Common conditions you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: disorders and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is developed. The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Patient treatment is primarily conducted on an individual basis. The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for developing the operations in an ongoing improvement process. About You You are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have previous experience in the profession and in primary healthcare, that is a merit, but we also welcome newly graduated physiotherapists. We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Additionally, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you perform with dedication. You can plan your work in an efficient and organized manner based on the organization's goals. Since workload varies and unforeseen events can occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates to a phone interview.
