JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a physiotherapist/physical therapist for our team. Come and become part of Säter Municipality's Health and Care Team! As a physiotherapist/physical therapist in the municipality, you will enable people at risk of or with functional limitations to manage their daily life. The job responsibilities include, among other things, physiotherapeutic assessment, treatment, guidance of care staff in everyday rehabilitation, initiation of exercise programs, and provision and prescription of personal assistive devices. The goal of our work is for the person to maintain their independence as much as possible and also achieve optimal well-being. The work is independent and involves collaboration with many different stakeholders including relatives and care staff, participation in care planning and team meetings. You will also work in a team with other professional categories within the Health and Care Team. You will contribute to the development and quality assurance of the operations. You will primarily be responsible as a physiotherapist/physical therapist for people in ordinary housing. Follow us on Instagram @halsosjukvardsteamet QUALIFICATIONS Licensed Physiotherapist/Physical Therapist Class B driver's license with manual transmission Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing We would like you to have at least two years of experience as a Physiotherapist/Physical Therapist that the employer deems relevant for the position. You have the ability to make quick and clear decisions, both independently and together with others. You also have good initiative. You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy and respect. You are unpretentious and notice and appreciate others' contributions. You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally. You collaborate well with people in different contexts and functions. You have the ability to plan and organize your work. You find it easy to set goals, organize resources, follow up and complete activities. You have the ability to adapt to changing conditions. You encourage and support change initiatives. You find it easy to adapt your behavior in relation to other people's needs. Type of employment: Permanent employment.
