You will work with patients of all ages with injuries and disorders affecting the musculoskeletal system, giving you excellent opportunities to develop in your profession. Together with each patient, you will create a personalized rehabilitation plan. Work takes place at the clinic, but home visits and digital consultations also occur. Patient treatment is provided both individually and in groups. The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your unit and with external partners. We have close cooperation with Närhälsan's rehabilitation clinics in Skene and Tranemo. You and your colleagues work together with the manager on continuous development and improvement of the clinic's operations. About You You are a licensed physical therapist. Previous experience in outpatient care is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated therapists. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and can plan their work efficiently. You can handle variable workloads and unexpected situations. Since you will meet many different people in this work, it is important that you are accommodating and can adapt your communication to each situation. Collaboration with colleagues and other partners is essential for you. You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Compassionate, and Innovative. Other Information Travel for work is required. Interviews at the clinic will be held on a rolling basis. We welcome your application! About the Recruitment Process Selection is conducted in two stages. The first selection is made by HR recruiters who will call candidates for a telephone interview. After the application deadline, the recruiting manager will make the second selection and invite candidates for an interview at the clinic. We use competency-based interviews, which means answers should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe concrete situations and avoid generalizing – this helps us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
