Your work tasks include assessment, treatment, training, and assistive device fitting. Together with the patient, you develop an individual rehabilitation plan with a focus on participation and long-term results. Work is primarily conducted at the clinic, but home visits and digital consultations also occur. Treatment takes place both individually and in groups, which provides variation in your workday and the opportunity to use your full expertise. You collaborate closely with colleagues from various professions, both within your own unit and with external partners. We also have close collaboration with Närhälsan rehabilitation clinics in Skene and Svenljunga. Together with colleagues and your manager, you participate in the clinic's development and improvement work. About You You are a licensed physiotherapist. Experience from outpatient care is a merit, but we also welcome you if you are newly graduated. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently but also values collaboration and collegial support. You can plan and structure your work even when workload varies and have a professional and accommodating demeanor. The first selection is made by a recruiter in the HR department who calls candidates for a telephone interview.
