About the Workplace Team Aktiv Primary Care Rehabilitation has been providing rehabilitation services to the Hässelby-Vällingby community since 1995. Our team consists of physical therapists, specialist physical therapists, occupational therapists, and dietitians—12 professionals in total who work together to develop and oversee our operations while supporting one another. We are now seeking a physical therapist with an interest in primary care who wants to join our team and help create a workplace where everyone can develop professionally, thrive, and provide excellent patient care. Job Responsibilities Working in primary care means you will work with patients of all ages with various diagnoses. This makes the work highly varied and constantly evolving. While we strive to ensure all staff can handle most patients and diagnoses, there is also opportunity to specialize in areas that interest you, as long as it benefits our patients. The work encompasses both assessment and treatment and can be performed both at our clinic and in patients' homes. When needed, we work as a team consisting of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and dietitians. You will plan your own work together with other team members. As a physical therapist, you are an important part of our patients' rehabilitation. Qualifications You must be a licensed physical therapist with Swedish credentials and have strong Swedish language skills. It is advantageous if you have worked in primary care and have experience documenting in the Take Care medical records system. You must have a B-class driver's license (manual transmission). Since we work in patients' homes, you must be comfortable in environments with pets and not be sensitive to smoke odors. Personal Qualities We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
