About Us Mora Park Foundation is a non-profit organization that operates a school and residential facilities under the LSS Act for children with various disabilities. Mora Park School has 22 students in primary school and adapted primary school grades 1-9. The school maintains a high ratio of staff to students, with all adults working closely with our students. Mora Park LSS Residential Facilities provide housing for children and young people according to Section 9§8 of the LSS Act in Järna and Hölö. The school is located in Järna in direct connection with our residential facilities. About the Job We are seeking an engaged leisure activity leader or pedagogue with coordination experience who wants to help develop our leisure activities program. Starting August 11. In this role, you will combine pedagogical work in the leisure activities program with a coordinating responsibility for the leisure group. Responsibilities Plan, implement, and follow up on leisure activities based on students' needs Coordinate the leisure group in daily operations Guidance and support colleagues in the work team Work actively with responsibility, clarity, and relationship building Collaborate with school staff, guardians, and external partners Contribute to program development and quality assurance About You You are trained as a leisure activity leader, pedagogue, or have equivalent education You have experience working in adapted primary school or with children/youth in need of special support You have documented experience coordinating work teams You have experience and strong ability to create structure, safety, and positive relationships You are flexible, solution-focused, and take responsibility Meritorious if you: Have knowledge of NPF and low-arousal interaction approaches We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are a clear and present leader who inspires confidence, is attentive, and has genuine commitment to the target group.
