The proximity to Malmö and Lund and newly built residential areas make it an attractive option for families with children. The preschool has access to fantastic green spaces and a large, leafy playground. We have the opportunity to work outdoors throughout the day and be truly close to nature. The preschool features fireplaces that give us opportunities beyond the ordinary. We work with an exploratory approach where children and teachers together shape the activities toward established goals. Joy, creativity, and exploration should be prominent in our work. Through conscious presence in play, we ensure that children receive instruction and education throughout the day. We are now recruiting a substitute preschool teacher. As a preschool teacher with us, you have overall responsibility for the children's development and learning. You will be part of exciting development work focused on play and language learning through collegial learning. You will have excellent conditions to carry out your assignment through time for reflection, documentation, and planning, both collaborative planning and team reflection, as well as competent support functions including special education teacher at the preschool, development leader, IT support, lecturer, language team, and guidance from the Family Team. Required Competence We are looking for a qualified preschool teacher, and it is an advantage if you have competence and/or experience in play groups, literacy, and language instruction in preschool. You want to develop instruction and education through conscious presence in children's play, have access to your own playfulness, and are passionate about children's influence. Your work joy is contagious through great commitment and genuine interest in the profession. For you, it is important to create the best conditions for children's learning and development in a preschool characterized by curiosity and new thinking. You have good ability to collaborate in a team, thrive with trusting leadership, and contribute strong communication skills.
