We are looking for additional preschool teachers in our municipality to continue actively working with our educational mission. The preschool we are currently recruiting for is Kyrkberget. Our preschools each have their own unique charm as well as different conditions and challenges to work with. Everything from the smaller preschool in the village to the preschool characterized by multiculturalism. To continuously develop our operations, we have regular pedagogical meetings and a solid long-term professional development plan in areas such as language, quality work, ICDP, mathematics, aesthetics, crisis and violence. You receive your own and shared planning time in your work team that includes 6 hours/week. We offer all new employees ICDP guidance groups and mentorship support in your professional role. We have good access to special educators who are directed toward preschool and the preschool has its own health teams. Through the municipality's health promotion work, you have access to various health-oriented activities and are offered exercise time or exercise compensation. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES You will work at one of our preschools in a pleasant environment where respect, attentiveness and curiosity thrive. We focus on creating a good learning environment both indoors and outdoors. We have an education where we place great emphasis on children's learning processes and parental collaboration. Our approach is based on ICDP (guiding interaction). The work involves working together with other preschool teachers to be responsible for education and instruction based on the curriculum and the individual child's and group's needs. You work with systematic quality assurance by continuously documenting, following up and evaluating the education. You conduct development conversations and collaborate with guardians. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained as a preschool teacher. We believe that as a person you want to contribute to the continued development of our preschool and have great commitment to the profession. You have an easy time creating good relationships and have strong communication skills. It is important to us that you collaborate well in a group and are flexible because the work is varied.
