The Children's, Culture and Education Department seeks a substitute preschool teacher at Dunderklumpens Preschool in Gäddede. Dunderklumpens Preschool in Gäddede is located in Frostvik School's facilities and currently has space for 34 children ages one to five years. Adjacent to the preschool are a soccer field, ice rink, swimming pool, gymnasium, and best of all – forest. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a preschool teacher with us, you work pedagogically together with engaged colleagues in work teams to promote children's learning and development. Your work includes • Plan, implement, follow up on, and evaluate instruction based on the curriculum • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment • Ensure children's care together with colleagues • Provide children with opportunities to explore, create, and reflect on new experiences • Maintain close and ongoing collaboration with guardians QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a certified preschool teacher or early years teacher. Experience working in preschool is a merit. We are seeking someone who • Has strong empathetic ability and understanding of children's varying needs • Has the ability to listen, encourage, stimulate, and challenge children's development • Is experienced in communicating, collaborating, and taking responsibility in daily work • Is creative, engaged, and open to new working methods Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
