Description We are now seeking multiple preschool teachers for our municipal preschools with start in August 2026, with placements at Galaxen, Tallåsen, Ämbarbo, and Järvsö preschools. Job Responsibilities As a preschool teacher, you have a leadership role where you plan work, conduct follow-ups, and analyze to improve and develop the operations together with your team. You should work actively to create a stimulating and developmental environment where children are at the center. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring that the activities challenge children toward activity, learning, and responsibility in accordance with the curriculum's intentions. You have the ability to work both independently and in groups and have an interest in working with all age groups. You have good IT skills, can document, and we would like to see that you have knowledge in pedagogical documentation. Qualifications Preschool teacher degree or teacher degree with authorization to teach in preschool and preschool teacher licensure. We seek colleagues who prioritize children and parents, have good communication skills, and maintain good service. It is meritorious if you have basic computer skills and are well familiar with governing documents and have the ability to implement them in practice. A class B driver's license is required.
