Would you like to join a positive team with dedicated educators? We are seeking a colleague at 80–100% with a planned start in September 2026. The childcare worker position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. We would appreciate if you are a trained childcare worker with experience working with children in group settings. You should be well-versed in the preschool curriculum and have good communication skills in the Swedish language. In your professional practice, you should be positive, responsible, and have good collaboration abilities. Upon employment, an extract from the criminal record register is mandatory. Botkyrka Association for Montessori Pedagogy, BoMo, (also called Kotten) is a small preschool with two child groups adapted for 30 children, with many dedicated educators and parents. The preschool is operated as a parent cooperative. We conduct Montessori-inspired preschool activities where we base our work on the curriculum's intentions and the children's interests and wishes, where we offer inspiring and joyful learning.
