We are seeking a business-driven "Sales & Partnership Manager" for a permanent position at OV Helsingborg HK, one of Skåne's leading sports associations in many ways. The goal is that we always compete in the top league at both women's and men's levels. We are now seeking a "Sales & Partnership Manager" who wants to be part of our continued journey. - As part of a team with our club manager, you will be responsible for driving and developing the association's revenue. You will have a clear individual responsibility and work together with an engaged network within the club. - You will be responsible for attracting new partners while maintaining, nurturing, and developing existing partnerships and sponsors. As "Sales & Partnership Manager," you will independently identify new business opportunities and develop existing partner offerings. Part of this new role is also to contribute to developing and implementing club activities for our partners and sponsors. Experience and Competencies - If you have a passion for sports, that's an advantage, but what's important is your drive and willingness to contribute to the association's development. - You are business-driven and have sales experience, preferably from the sports industry. - You have experience with the entire sales process and have organizational skills to document and follow up on our partnerships. - You are outgoing, an open-hearted person who easily builds relationships and develops long-term partnerships. - You are persistent and results-oriented and want to continuously improve. - You are unpretentious and collaborate well with others. - You enjoy involving others in work and decisions while being independent and driving initiatives regardless of others. - You are flexible, enjoy a fast pace, and are willing to occasionally work evenings and weekends.
