We are an experienced team consisting of corporate nurses/registered nurses, occupational physicians, addiction therapists, ergonomists, occupational health engineers, social workers, behavioral scientists, licensed psychotherapists, wellness consultants, health therapists, and administrative staff. About the Job Work as a corporate health nurse is performed both independently and in teams. You work in a health-promoting, preventive, and supportive capacity based on identified needs in close collaboration with our clients and other professionals. The work is conducted together with employers, often in multiparty discussions. You will work with, among other things: Health examinations Preventive and health-promoting work Health counseling and individual action plans Vaccinations Sample collection Alcohol and drug testing Statutory health examinations Client contacts, training, management consultation, and medical advice The position is based in Torsby, but travel to our other locations and client sites will occur. Our working hours are weekdays during daytime. Qualifications We are looking for someone with specialist training as a corporate nurse or a licensed registered nurse. You enjoy meeting people, are driven, creative, and attentive with a holistic perspective, and have the ability to see the connections between work, health, and life situation. If you also have interest and experience as a CPR and first aid instructor, that is a plus. We place great importance on your personal qualities, where empathetic interaction is a significant factor, as well as the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing. The work is responsible and can sometimes be experienced as stressful. The work involves some travel, which is why a driver's license is a requirement.
