I'm now seeking reliable hourly substitutes who can step in when needed and become part of my secure daily routine. My name is Filip, I'm 34 years old, and I live in central Kristianstad. Due to my disability (SMA type 2), I need help with everything – from breathing to transfers. Since I have 24-hour dual assistance, you will always work alongside an experienced colleague. This allows us to support each other, but it also requires that you are a team player who is attentive and present in every task. What Kind of Hourly Substitute Am I Looking For? As an hourly substitute, you are my "lifesaver" during illness or vacation. I'm looking for someone who: Is careful and responsible: My medical routines allow no carelessness. You need to be someone who takes instructions seriously. Enjoyed conversation and discussion: I play chess, read a lot, and love to discuss things. It's a big plus if you appreciate sitting down and talking about anything and everything during quieter moments. Has good physical fitness: The work involves manual lifting and transfers. Is flexible: You can step in with short notice when needed, both during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Qualifications Non-smoker: An absolute requirement Cat-friendly: I have a cat at home, so you cannot be allergic. Personality: Most importantly, you are genuine, positive, and reliable. About the Position This is a substitute position as needed. It's a perfect job for you if you're studying or have another job but want meaningful and responsible side work.
