It is your task to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need. Your work tasks will include: Exterior and interior facility management Service work Repairs Maintenance work Installations Property inspections Operations optimization Conduct minor improvement projects Education, Experience and Personal Qualities Secondary school education Work experience in interior facility management or property technology Good data and systems skills Good knowledge of Office Driver's license category B Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written As a person we see that you are an engaged problem solver who enjoys working in a service-oriented role with many contacts, both with customers and colleagues.
