We are now seeking a substitute facilities technician for our internal properties! About Us Kläppen is Sweden's largest family-owned ski resort. Here you'll find skiing in all directions, Sälen's longest illuminated slope, and 37 kilometers of cross-country trails. About the Accommodations Department The Accommodations Department consists of approximately 25 full-year employees and includes internal properties, booking, reception & spa, groups & conferences, cleaning, maintenance, and owner services. The department brings together all functions that work with Kläppen's own properties and guest accommodations under one roof, all with the goal of making the guest experience as enjoyable as possible. In your role as facilities technician, you will report to the facilities manager and become an important part of our team. Who Are You? You are driven, thorough, and solution-oriented, and take responsibility for completing work with high quality. Since we're a smaller work group, we also highly value your personal qualities – collaboration, engagement, and a positive attitude are something we truly appreciate. Qualifications • Driver's license category B • Swedish/English proficiency in speech and writing • Microsoft Office package Meritorious • HVAC training or practical experience in property maintenance for at least 2 years • Previous experience with maintenance systems • Driver's license B+ Application Deadline The final application deadline is March 29. Interviews are ongoing and the position may be filled before the final deadline. About the Position This is a contract position until May 2027 with good opportunities for extension. Start date in May or by agreement. Working hours: Scheduled 40 hours/week, weekend work occurs during season. On-call service occurs year-round.
