Your new role As a property technician in Mora, you will be a key person in the daily operations and maintenance of our properties. You handle incoming service requests, work proactively to prevent operational disruptions, and maintain close contact with our tenants – always with the goal of delivering professional service and creating long-term value. You have a strong interest in energy efficiency and sustainable operations, and you thrive with close and professional contact with our tenants. You are driven to optimize our properties, reduce energy consumption, and identify improvement opportunities, and you track the impact of your efforts through data and clear key metrics. You see digital tools, AI, and smart systems as natural support in creating more proactive, cost-effective, and sustainable property operations. In your role as property technician at Diös, your responsibilities include: Work with property maintenance and oversight of our properties and their technical systems. Perform systematic inspections in accordance with applicable regulations and internal procedures. Have dialogue and follow-up with contracted service providers. Build long-term relationships with our tenants. Work preventatively through regular inspections and systematic improvement efforts. Identify, propose, and implement energy-saving measures in the properties. Monitor energy performance and operational data, and contribute with analyses and improvement suggestions. Contribute information that strengthens both operating net income, sustainability, and long-term property value. Who are you? We are looking for you with experience or education in property technology or related fields such as plumbing and heating, ventilation, construction, or electrical work. You have a strong technical interest and are socially skilled in your interactions with our tenants. You want to develop in a role that combines significant independent responsibility with close collaboration with colleagues. We believe that you: Are solution-oriented, curious, and responsible Thrive in interactions with tenants and colleagues and are confident in your communication Have a strong interest in digital solutions, AI, and smart systems that can improve and develop our properties Have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal Have a B-class driver's license Meritorious: FAVAL certification or experience with service contracts and contractor relations Since some of our tenants are covered by security protection agreements (SUA), a background check will be conducted.
